If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Online Purchases - You will have 10 days to return an item from the date received.
In-Store Purchases – You have 7 days to return an item for store credit, exchange or refund.
All sales items, accessories and leggings are final sale.
All other merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. If you have received a damaged product please email us right away to resolve the issue at email@example.com.
Returns must be sent back to 148 E. Main Street, Rock Hill SC 29730 and MUST be sent with a tracking number.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
